1. INTRODUCTION

1.1. The present Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of the website https://www.thebridge.bg
and its subdomains (the “Website”), and the services offered on or through the Website.
1.2. The Website is owned and operated by The Bridge Global Ltd, EIC 206919585, a company duly registered under the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria (the “Company”).
1.3. By browsing the Website you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them and to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. DEFINITIONS

a) “Intellectual Property Rights” shall mean copyrights, patents, registered designs, design rights, database rights, trademarks, trade secrets, know-how or any other proprietary or industrial right, whether registered or unregistered;
b) “Visitor” shall mean any Website visitor;
c) “Members” shall mean Visitors who are also Company community members, granted access to certain Website features unavailable to non-members, including donations and the shop section. Unless otherwise specified, references to Visitors shall also include Members.

3. PURPOSE

3.1. The Website serves as a gateway to understanding the mission, values, and activities of the Company. Visitors have the possibility to discover the team, the projects, and the spirit of the Company through various documents and webpages.
3.2. The Website also allows Members to support the Company’s projects by donations and to purchase event tickets.

4. LICENSE

4.1. The Website is provided to you on an “as is” basis, without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied.
4.2. The Company grants Visitors a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable license to use the Website and its content for their personal, non-commercial use, and to display the content of the Website exclusively on their computer screen or on other devices (such as smartphones or tablets), subject to their compliance with these Terms and our policies. All other uses are prohibited without the Company’s prior written consent.
4.3. If you provide the Company with any feedback or comments regarding the Website, you grant the Company the right to use such feedback or comments for any purpose without restriction or payment to you.

5. DONATIONS

5.1. The donation feature on the Website is intended for Members only and donations from the general public are not accepted. All donation campaigns are available only during the running period of private events hosted by the Company. By donating, Members agree to the specific donation campaign terms and conditions.
5.2. The Members hereby acknowledge that the collection and operation of donations are managed by a third-party campaign organizer or beneficiary. The Company solely facilitates the donation process and does not receive, hold, or distribute the donated funds.
5.3. Donations are not mandatory for participation in any event organized by the Company. Donations are handled via third-party payment processors, Stripe or MyPOS, and are subject to their respective terms and conditions and privacy policies. The Company is not responsible for any issues or concerns related to payments or processing through Stripe or MyPOS. For more information, please refer to the applicable terms and conditions of Stripe or MyPOS. In case of any payment-related issues, please contact the relevant provider directly.
5.4. Donations are non-refundable. Once a donation is processed, it cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
5.5. The Company does not control, manage, or guarantee how the funds are ultimately used by the campaign. By donating, you acknowledge that the Company acts solely as a facilitator and holds no responsibility for the administration or outcome of the campaign itself.

6. SHOP SECTION

6.1. Access to the shop section of the Website is exclusive to Members. By making a purchase through the shop, including but not limited to tickets, subscriptions, or any future offerings, Members confirm that they are community members. Purchases made by non-members are strictly prohibited. The Company reserves the right to cancel or refuse any transactions that do not meet membership requirements.
 a) Events - the Company’s events are community-driven and non-profit in nature. When purchasing a ticket, Members are securing access only to the event(s) and any benefits explicitly described in the ticket details. Unless clearly stated otherwise, tickets do not include travel, accommodation, insurance, or any other additional services or expenses.
 b) Subscription - the Company offers subscription-based memberships with distinct tiers. Each tier grants access to different levels of features, services, and opportunities within the community. By purchasing a subscription, Members agree to the terms specific to their chosen tier, as outlined at the time of purchase. Subscriptions do not include access to events, merchandise, or other offerings unless explicitly stated. Additional terms may apply and are subject to change as the community evolves.
6.2. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Please ensure you review the event details and confirm your availability before purchasing.
6.3. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment service providers, MyPOS or Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to the applicable terms and conditions and privacy policy of the relevant provider. The Company is not liable for any issues, errors, or losses arising from the use of MyPOS or Stripe. For any issues related to the payment transaction, please contact the support team of the respective payment provider directly.

7 . PROHIBITED ACTIONS

7.1. Visitors are entitled to use the Website only in conformity with the laws of their country of residence and of the country from which they access this Website. Visitors may solely make a legal use of this Website and any illegal or inappropriate use of the Website is banned.
7.2. In particular, Visitors agree to browse the Website lawfully and without any violation of these Terms or any applicable law and agree not to do any of the following actions in connection with your use of the Website:
 a) access or use the Website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose or engage in, encourage, or promote any illegal activity, or any activity that violates these Terms or any other terms or policies provided in connection with the Website;
 b) damage, disable, overburden or impair the functionality of the Website in any manner;
 c) use any robot, spider, crawler, scraper or other automated means or interface not provided or authorized by the Company to access the Website or to extract data or information from the Website;

8.1. Intellectual Property Rights and all other proprietary rights in relation to the content available on the Website (including but not limited to software, mobile software, algorithms, codes, audio, video, text, animations, files, photographs designs, graphics, layouts, images, video, information and their selection and arrangement) (hereinafter: the “Website Content”) are the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors. All Intellectual Property Rights in the Website Content not expressly granted herein are reserved to the Company.
8.2. Any other use of the Website Content, including without limitation distribution, reproduction, modification, making available, communicating to the public, publicly performing, downloading, displaying or transmitting, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of the Company is strictly prohibited.
8.3. The Company’s names and logos and all related product and service names, design marks and slogans are the copyrights and trademarks of the Company. No license is granted in connection with the materials contained on the Website. Access to the Website does not authorize anyone to use any name, logo or mark in any manner whatsoever.

9.1. Changes. The Company reserves the right to make any changes to these Terms, at its sole discretion. Visitors’ continued use of the Website after any such changes, with or without having explicitly accepted the new Terms, shall constitute their consent to such changes.

The Company rejects any liability on said third-party websites, which are solely provided in the Visitors’ interest. The Company has no influence on the content of third-party websites. The Company therefore cannot assume any guarantee for the accuracy, completeness or safety of this third-party content.
9.3. Personal Data. All personal data collected during Visitors’ use of this Website is handled in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Notice, which forms an integral part of these Terms of Use.
9.4. Entire Agreement. These Terms, subject to any amendments or modifications made by the Company from time to time, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company with respect to the use of the Website. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid by a court or competent jurisdiction, that provision only will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
9.5. Waiver. The Company’s failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of its right to do so in the future with respect to that provision, any other provision, or these Terms as a whole.
9.6. Governing Law. These Terms and your use of the Website, as well as all matters arising out of or in relation to them (including non-contractual disputes or claims and their interpretation), shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, with the exclusion of conflicts of laws rules. Any claim or dispute regarding these Terms or in relation to them shall (including for non-contractual disputes or claims and their interpretation) be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.

Event Terms

Event Disclaimer and Terms and Conditions

In registering for an event, workshop, conference, forum, or activity hosted by The Bridge Global LTD, participants and speakers agree to the following terms and conditions:

Privacy Specifically, your contact details will be used to compile a participants list that will be used by: The Bridge Global LTD event organizers; venues and accommodation providers for the purpose of room bookings (if applicable). Should you not wish for your details to be used for these purposes, please contact The Bridge Global LTD at least two weeks prior to the event.

Photography and Recording I irrevocably authorize and grant The Bridge Global LTD the right to: – record me (picture and voice) on photographs, film, and/or videotape for audio and visual production (the Recording); – edit the Recording into a photo gallery, short film, or webinar (which may include other recordings and material); – use my name and likeness, voice, or other information concerning me; – screen or place online (including on social media) the Recording.

I hereby release The Bridge Global LTD from any infringement or violation of personal and/or property rights of any sort whatsoever based upon the use of the Recording. I acknowledge that The Bridge Global LTD owns and shall own all rights, title, and interest (including copyright) in the Recording. I further acknowledge that The Bridge Global LTD is not obliged to use the Recording. I warrant that I have full power to enter into this Release and that the terms of this Release do not in any way conflict with any existing commitment on my part. I understand I will receive no monies for this Recording.

While under no obligation to do so, The Bridge Global LTD will consider any reasonable request not to use or to stop using a particular Recording. Such requests should be made in writing.

Should you not wish to grant The Bridge Global LTD these rights, please contact The Bridge Global LTD at this email at least two weeks prior to the event.

Disclaimer At the time of registration, The Bridge Global LTD provided the most recent information available, and the participant and/or speaker accept that the content and/or the delivery of the event can change beyond the control of The Bridge Global LTD. The Bridge Global LTD will not take any responsibility for any errors, omissions, and changes to the program or content of the event. The Bridge Global LTD reserves the right to make changes as it deems necessary without penalty, and in such situations, no refunds, partial refunds, or alternative offers shall be made.

– The Bridge Global LTD reserves the right to update the Disclaimer and Terms and Conditions without notice to you.

– The Bridge Global LTD cannot control all content published or disseminated at the event. You may find other participants’ communications, graphics, audio files, or other information inappropriate, offensive, harmful, inaccurate, dishonest, or misleading, and/or deceptive; however, you alone are solely responsible for your interaction with other participants and agree to act responsibly and exercise caution, common sense, and safety while in attendance at the conference.

– The Bridge Global LTD, its directors, employees, servants, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any losses, damages, liabilities, claims, or expenses whatsoever arising out of or referable to the event.

– The Bridge Global LTD is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, losses, or damages that may occur to participants during the event. Participation in any activities, including but not limited to physical, recreational, or wellness sessions, is entirely at the participant’s own risk. It is the participant’s responsibility to assess their fitness and suitability to take part in any activity.

Registration If a person is registering on behalf of a participant, it is the responsibility of that person to notify the participant of the terms and conditions of registering, for which they will be agreeing on behalf of the participant. Responsibility also includes providing full details of the participant’s registration details as confirmed.

Cancellations All cancellations must be notified to The Bridge Global LTD in writing (email) before the cancellation can be processed. Cancellations will not be deemed to be received until you have written confirmation from The Bridge Global LTD. If you have not received an acknowledgment within two (2) business days, please contact one of the representatives of The Bridge Global LTD. Cancellations received in writing by The Bridge Global LTD at least two weeks before the event will be accepted, and all fees will be refunded.

Fees and Payments The full amount must be sent within five (5) days of registration to confirm attendance. Otherwise, your registration will be considered incomplete, and your place at the event will not be guaranteed.

Indemnity Should, for any reason outside the control of The Bridge Global LTD, the venue or speakers change or the event be canceled, The Bridge Global LTD will endeavor to reschedule. In this instance, the participant will indemnify and hold The Bridge Global LTD harmless from and against any and all costs, damages, and expenses. The Bridge Global LTD does not accept responsibility for, and the participant indemnifies The Bridge Global LTD against, any costs, charges, or fines incurred by the participant in the process of attending the event. This agreement is subject to the laws of Bulgaria, and agreement to these terms and conditions indicates acceptance of this indemnity.

Insurance Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that all participants take out personal travel and medical insurance prior to attending the event. The policy should include loss of fees through cancellation of your participation or through the cancellation of the event itself, loss of airfares for any reason, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses, and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. The Bridge Global LTD will not take any responsibility for any participant failing to insure.

Force Majeure Neither party shall be liable in damages or have the right to terminate this Agreement for any delay or default in performing hereunder if such delay or default is caused by conditions beyond its control, including but not limited to government restrictions (including the denial or cancellation of any export or other necessary license), wars, insurrections, and/or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the party whose performance is affected.

Entire Agreement Subject to any amendments specified in subsequent event order forms or terms and conditions, the event order form and these terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior discussions, negotiations, and agreements in relation to the event.

Cancellations All cancellations must be notified to The Bridge Global LTD in writing (email) before the cancellation can be processed. Cancellations will not be deemed to be received until you have written confirmation from The Bridge Global LTD. If you have not received an acknowledgment within two (2) business days, please contact one of the representatives of The Bridge Global LTD. Cancellations received in writing by The Bridge Global LTD at least two weeks before the event will be accepted, and all fees will be refunded.

Fees and Payments The full amount must be sent within five (5) days of registration to confirm attendance. Otherwise, your registration will be considered incomplete, and your place at the event will not be guaranteed.

Indemnity Should, for any reason outside the control of The Bridge Global LTD, the venue or speakers change or the event be canceled, The Bridge Global LTD will endeavor to reschedule. In this instance, the participant will indemnify and hold The Bridge Global LTD harmless from and against any and all costs, damages, and expenses. The Bridge Global LTD does not accept responsibility for, and the participant indemnifies The Bridge Global LTD against, any costs, charges, or fines incurred by the participant in the process of attending the event. This agreement is subject to the laws of Bulgaria, and agreement to these terms and conditions indicates acceptance of this indemnity.

Insurance Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that all participants take out personal travel and medical insurance prior to attending the event. The policy should include loss of fees through cancellation of your participation or through the cancellation of the event itself, loss of airfares for any reason, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses, and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. The Bridge Global LTD will not take any responsibility for any participant failing to insure.

Force Majeure Neither party shall be liable in damages or have the right to terminate this Agreement for any delay or default in performing hereunder if such delay or default is caused by conditions beyond its control, including but not limited to government restrictions (including the denial or cancellation of any export or other necessary license), wars, insurrections, and/or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the party whose performance is affected.

Entire Agreement Subject to any amendments specified in subsequent event order forms or terms and conditions, the event order form and these terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior discussions, negotiations, and agreements in relation to the event.

In registering for an event, workshop, conference, forum, or activity hosted by The Bridge Global LTD, participants and speakers agree to the following terms and conditions:

Privacy Specifically, your contact details will be used to compile a participants list that will be used by: The Bridge Global LTD event organizers; venues and accommodation providers for the purpose of room bookings (if applicable). Should you not wish for your details to be used for these purposes, please contact The Bridge Global LTD at least two weeks prior to the event.

Photography and Recording I irrevocably authorize and grant The Bridge Global LTD the right to: – record me (picture and voice) on photographs, film, and/or videotape for audio and visual production (the Recording); – edit the Recording into a photo gallery, short film, or webinar (which may include other recordings and material); – use my name and likeness, voice, or other information concerning me; – screen or place online (including on social media) the Recording.

I hereby release The Bridge Global LTD from any infringement or violation of personal and/or property rights of any sort whatsoever based upon the use of the Recording. I acknowledge that The Bridge Global LTD owns and shall own all rights, title, and interest (including copyright) in the Recording. While under no obligation to do so, The Bridge Global LTD will consider any reasonable request not to use or to stop using a particular Recording. Such requests should be made in writing.

Should you not wish to grant The Bridge Global LTD these rights, please contact The Bridge Global LTD at this email at least two weeks prior to the event.

Disclaimer At the time of registration, The Bridge Global LTD provided the most recent information available, and the participant and/or speaker accept that the content and/or the delivery of the event can change beyond the control of The Bridge Global LTD. The Bridge Global LTD will not take any responsibility for any errors, omissions, and changes to the program or content of the event. The Bridge Global LTD reserves the right to make changes as it deems necessary without penalty, and in such situations, no refunds, partial refunds, or alternative offers shall be made.

– The Bridge Global LTD reserves the right to update the Disclaimer and Terms and Conditions without notice to you.

– The Bridge Global LTD cannot control all content published or disseminated at the event. You may find other participants’ communications, graphics, audio files, or other information inappropriate, offensive, harmful, inaccurate, dishonest, or misleading, and/or deceptive; however, you alone are solely responsible for your interaction with other participants and agree to act responsibly and exercise caution, common sense, and safety while in attendance at the conference.

– The Bridge Global LTD, its directors, employees, servants, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any losses, damages, liabilities, claims, or expenses whatsoever arising out of or referable to the event.

– The Bridge Global LTD is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, losses, or damages that may occur to participants during the event. Participation in any activities, including but not limited to physical, recreational, or wellness sessions, is entirely at the participant’s own risk. It is the participant’s responsibility to assess their fitness and suitability to take part in any activity.

Registration If a person is registering on behalf of a participant, it is the responsibility of that person to notify the participant of the terms and conditions of registering, for which they will be agreeing on behalf of the participant. Responsibility also includes providing full details of the participant’s registration details as confirmed.

Cancellations All cancellations must be notified to The Bridge Global LTD in writing (email) before the cancellation can be processed. Cancellations will not be deemed to be received until you have written confirmation from The Bridge Global LTD. If you have not received an acknowledgment within two (2) business days, please contact one of the representatives of The Bridge Global LTD. Cancellations received in writing by The Bridge Global LTD at least two weeks before the event will be accepted, and all fees will be refunded.

Fees and Payments The full amount must be sent within five (5) days of registration to confirm attendance. Otherwise, your registration will be considered incomplete, and your place at the event will not be guaranteed.

Indemnity Should, for any reason outside the control of The Bridge Global LTD, the venue or speakers change or the event be canceled, The Bridge Global LTD will endeavor to reschedule. In this instance, the participant will indemnify and hold The Bridge Global LTD harmless from and against any and all costs, damages, and expenses. The Bridge Global LTD does not accept responsibility for, and the participant indemnifies The Bridge Global LTD against, any costs, charges, or fines incurred by the participant in the process of attending the event. This agreement is subject to the laws of Bulgaria, and agreement to these terms and conditions indicates acceptance of this indemnity.

Insurance Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that all participants take out personal travel and medical insurance prior to attending the event. The policy should include loss of fees through cancellation of your participation or through the cancellation of the event itself, loss of airfares for any reason, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses, and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. The Bridge Global LTD will not take any responsibility for any participant failing to insure.

Force Majeure Neither party shall be liable in damages or have the right to terminate this Agreement for any delay or default in performing hereunder if such delay or default is caused by conditions beyond its control, including but not limited to government restrictions (including the denial or cancellation of any export or other necessary license), wars, insurrections, and/or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the party whose performance is affected.

Entire Agreement Subject to any amendments specified in subsequent event order forms or terms and conditions, the event order form and these terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior discussions, negotiations, and agreements in relation to the event.
